Mohamed Al Hussaini and Shahab Lutfi founded H&H Development in 2007. H&H provides its clients with a distinctive "all in one" approach to managing their assets by providing a broad range of real estate-related services through its business divisions, extending from development into property management & leasing, facility management, procurement of furnishings and fittings, and interior design.

H&H tackles every project with a critical eye, looking to maximize efficiency and to produce value for investors throughout each project's life cycle. H&H also serves as an investor (through its sister firm Bright Start).
