The Company was incorporated in 1998 and began operations by contributing KD15 million to Al Mazaya Holding Company in 2004 for KD68.8 million - approximately KD243.036 million. Al Mazaya is a dual public company listed on  the  Kuwait and Dubai Capital Stock Exchanges. Al Mazaya offers a wide range of  real estate products and services in various fields, including residential projects such as luxury residential and luxury villas, commercial applications such as industrial and  commercial buildings, and medical projects.
